At Heels India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing you with a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms governing returns, exchanges and refunds.
1. General Policy
By placing an order on our website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund and Exchange policy. We follow a strict No-monetary refund policy (credit note is issued), except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective or a wrong size is delivered other than what was ordered initially.
2. Return and Exchange Window
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers may raise a request for return or exchange within five (05) days from the date of delivery (“Exchange Window”), and any request made after this exchange window shall not be entertained.
3. Exchange/Return Policy (Size Issues)
In the footwear category only, we offer exchanges/returns or refunds by way of a Store Credit/Credit Note (valid for 1 year); there are no monetary cash refunds.
- Exchanges/Returns are allowed in the footwear category for size or quality issues, or if you have received a product you do not like, subject to product availability since we have over 500 styles sometimes its not possible to have all sizes available at all times.
- Customers must raise a request within five (05) days of delivery.
- To start a return/exchange, simply go to the customer care section on our website under which there is a dedicated portal to submit your request alternatively you can the click on the link attached https://heelsindia.com/apps/return_prime
- After the request is submitted kindly allow us 48-72 hours to process & forward the same to Bluedart to arrange the pick up. Incase your request is not accepted us within 72 hours simply email us on info.theheelsindia@gmail.com
- Heels India does not guarantee the availability of replacement sizes. In such cases, store credit may be issued which can redeemed at our offline store in Connaught Place or our website within 1 year (365 days) against any other product.
4. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
- All tags, box & packaging and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.
- Proof of Purchase (Order ID/ Order Email or Whatsapp) must be provided at the time of seeking an exchange/return at our offline store.
- All products shown on the website have been professionally shot under studio lights & the color might slightly look different in person due to various factors such as lighting, editing for more clarity we can always schedule a video call to see the product or you can always visit our store in Connaught Place to try & buy.
- We offer returns for credit note if your return request is categorized as "did not like the product"
Heels India reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above criteria.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
- Used or worn products.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Accessories, including bags.
- Any request raised after the return window as per Section 2.
6. Refund Policy
All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note/store credit within 5 days of delivery. The full amount for the returned product will be credited to you as Store Credit. (We do not deduct courier / return charges as a gesture of goodwill)
6.1 Store Credit
The refunds shall be processed as Store Credit (Credit Note).
- Credit Note/Store Credit codes can be applied at checkout on our website.
- Credit Note can also be redeemed at our offline store against any other product (We are open all 7 days)
- On the checkout page, apply the credit note code in the ‘Discount Code’ section and click ‘Apply’.
- The discount code will be applied immediately, and the amount will be deducted from the total based on the value of your credit note/store credit.

7. Right to Refuse/Cancel – Cancellation Policy
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
- Reject claims lacking proper evidence.
- Any returns pertaining to "did not like the product" are only provided a credit note & not a monetary cash refund
- Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or inventory issues.
8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
- Repeated or excessive return requests.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of return/refund policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Heels India’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our products.
