At The Heels, we value transparency and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how your order reaches you. Because our collection includes both Ready to Ship items and handcrafted Made to Order pairs, delivery timelines can vary.
Shipping Timelines
We partner with Bluedart to ensure your footwear arrives safely. While exact delivery dates are not provided at the time of booking, you can use the following estimates:
- Ready to Ship Pairs:
- Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 48–72 hours in metro cities.
- COD Orders: May take an additional 1–2 business days.
- Made to Order Pairs:
- As these are meticulously handmade, please allow 2–3 business days for production. We often finish them earlier, but quality takes priority!
Dispatch Schedule
- Cut-off Time: All orders for "Ready to Ship" items received after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
- Weekends: We do not dispatch on Sundays. Any orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you via Email and WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the Bluedart website.

Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 5 days for a different style or a credit note.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
