The Heels Gift Card can be redeemed in whole at our store in Connaught Place only.
The Heels Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and any balance thereafter will be forfeited.
Damaged or defaced Card(s) will not be honoured. There will be no replacement or compensation if card is lost.
The Heels reserves the right to alter terms and conditions of this Gift Card without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to The Heels and the decision of the Company shall be final. Disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

Delivery Information

At The Heels, we value transparency and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how your order reaches you. Because our collection includes both Ready to Ship items and handcrafted Made to Order pairs, delivery timelines can vary.

Shipping Timelines

We partner with Bluedart to ensure your footwear arrives safely. While exact delivery dates are not provided at the time of booking, you can use the following estimates:

• Ready to Ship Pairs:
  • Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 48–72 hours in metro cities.
  • COD Orders: May take an additional 1–2 business days.
• Made to Order Pairs:
  • As these are meticulously handmade, please allow 2–3 business days for production. We often finish them earlier, but quality takes priority!

Dispatch Schedule

• Cut-off Time: All orders for "Ready to Ship" items received after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
• Weekends: We do not dispatch on Sundays. Any orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you via Email and WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the Bluedart website.

Returns 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 5 days for a different style or a credit note.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.theheelsindia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

- No exchange on Sale items add

- Size related issues after wearing the product 

- No returns without the original packaging material (box, bag, shoe bag, barcode)

- Returns post 5 days

- Wear & Tear damage

- In footwear we are only offering exchange (if size issue / manufacturing defect), No cash refund.

- In Bags there is no exchange & return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

• Monetary refund will not be provided
• All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 5 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.

Cancellation Policy

heelsindia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
